export workouts from Apple Workout to GarminConnect?

Background: I run by myself and my coach is in another country. GarminConnect allows her to view my workouts and all my data (HR, cadence etc) to monitor my progress.

2 Questions:

1. Can workouts from Workout be exported to GarminConnect so I can continue to use this software? If so how do I do it please?

2. If not, does Apple Workout have the same functionality, that is, allow me to easily share the workout data with my coach so she can monitor.

I am thinking of buying a AWseries2 on Friday. Thanks.
